My projects
Well I guess I get things going myself. I have a 1967 ford f100 longbed with 2wd. It has a 429 that's getting built into a 466. When all is said and done, it should have just around 520hp/620ft-lbs. 4.09 gears. Its going to be the most bad ass for right now, later I'll build a drag car.

Then I have a 69 cougar xr7 with a 351w and estimated 425hp. 3.50 gearing.

A 70 maverick with a 302 that's mildly build for a quick street machine. 4.10 gears.

Can't forget about the f250, with 4.10 gears as well, and some other goodies.

Re: My projects
Well I'm close to getting my f100's engine done. I need to get the valve springs and seals, timing cover (I might be able to TIG weld it and call it a day), flexplate, harmonic balancer, spark plugs, and I don't know if I need to get a bolt kit yet, gaskets. But I have all the other stuff and I'M putting it together. Oh and also, headers. I want to set it on the frame and get it broken in, then I'll start it every now and then. After that, I want to replace the c6's filter, get a torque converter, and fill it all up after bolting it to the engine.
Then comes the suspension work, I'm going to rebuild the axle, get a locker, do an axle flip, and cut the front coils.
I thought I was getting close to done.

Re: My projects
Stopped by the machine shop yesterday. The crank, rods, and pistons are lookin purrrty. They're just begging to be put together and fired up! I'm going to assemble the bottom end then drop it in the frame and put the top end together.
On another note, the fenders, inner fenders, hood hinges, core support, and doors are primed and blocked awaiting for a second coat.

Re: My projects
My heads are back home along with everything that goes on them. I am taking them back to my machinist and he's going to show me how to check all the tolerances on them so I know how to do it the right way.
