Hey fellow Michigan peeps
Followed a link from LS1Tech and thought I would join up and share my knowledge and experience.
My name is Craig, I live in St. Clair Shores and work in Taylor. I've primarily been a GM guy but I have appreciation of all makes and besides good competition improves the breed.

Current car is a 1998 Firebird Formula that I purchased new in `98.
I have owned nothing but F-bodies since 1990 previous cars were `78 Z28, `79 Trans Am `94 Formula.
Had my fill of Street Racing BITD and enjoy going to the track but can seldom find the time anymore. I can mostly be found hanging out on Woodward Ave on Weekends with the Michigan F-body crew.

Welcome. I'm just like you, I love Fords and will defend them to the end. But I still show respect for other makes, we all love certain brands and there is no reason to hate each other because we have different tastes in style. I mess with my one friend because he likes chevies and tell him why ford is better all the time, but should we not be friends because we like two different makes? No. So if you hear me start talking crap about chevies, I'm just messing around. Its the way I am, I joke around A LOT.
I sure as heck hope this doesn't turn into an all chebby forum, that would suck! Laughing See, like that. Laughing

Some of it was done do to neccessity but I've never replaced a part with anything but an upgraded part.
Car has been my Daily Driver for 12 years currently has 139K miles and still rides on the original clutch.
