Timezone??? Empty Timezone???

I need to set the timezone on here but I don't know what it is. Its not setup like the Central, Eastern, ect. Its setup with GMT like here's an example:
02:26 GMT + 1 Hour

I got it tackled, my personal time was wrong so it was different when I was logged in.
